Call for Industry Demonstrations
 
Industry Forum of GLOBECOM 2016 solicits proposals for industry demonstrations. Industry demonstrations are hardware and/or software demonstrations that are meant to showcase new and innovative technology. Demonstrations shall be scheduled during the opening reception on Sunday night and selected sessions on Monday-Wednesday of the conference (Dec. 5-7, 2016).

Proposal Deadline: July 7, 2016

Industry Demonstration Proposal Format

Each demonstration proposal (maximum 5 pages) must include:

1. Title of the demonstration
2. Names, addresses, and a short biography (up to 200 words) of the organizers
3. A brief description (1 page max) of the technical issues that the demonstration will address, emphasizing its timeliness

Demonstration material will not be published in IEEE Xplore, but will be available through the GLOBECOM 2016 homepage.

Industry Demonstration Proposal Submission

Proposals should be submitted through EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=globecom2016indforum

On submission choose the Industry Demonstration track and fill in the organizers, title, abstract, keywords and select the relevant topics covered by the demonstration.

Industry Demonstration Preparation and Organization Timeline

• Proposal Deadline: July 7, 2016
• Notification of Selection: August 1, 2016
• Final Program: September 1, 2016
• Presentation Material Due: November 1, 2016
