The IEEE GLOBECOM 2016 mobile app is available via the IEEE ComSoc Events app, which houses past IEEE GLOBECOM and IEEE ICC events. Download the IEEE ComSoc Events app. Select IEEE GLOBECOM 2016,
and click Download Guide. When the download is complete, click Open.
